Let’s check every stage:
Data Base Forming:
Our company has its own database of seafarers that is formed from a lot of different sources like personal visit to office, advertisement searching, head hunting over the different internet sources, etc.
Selection:
Selection is done upon the principles of the best match according to shipowner request – experince in rank, sea servie on particular type of the vessels, DWT, type of the main engine, location, and other preferences of the clients.
Reference Checking
All proposed crew is checked for the reference as for the job performance at least with 2 last employers.
Documents Checking
Crew documents are checked and verified in State register of Seafarer’s Documents of Ukraine of inspectorate for Training and Certification of Seafarers.
Professional Skills Checking
Professional interview is conducted by the specialists in Navigation and Mechanics where the skills of the crew can be evaluated. Additionally crew is tested by Crew Evaluation System (CES 4.1)
English Checking
English Language skills are checked by the oral interview conducted by the manager and the results of Marlins English Test held in our office.
Pre-Employment Procedure
We sent crew to pass medical and drug examination along with required courses and tests before embarkation on board of your vessels.
Joining Procedure
We grant the required assistance to crew members concerning the visa/ticket arrangements, etc.
